What are we looking for?

We ensure the home is in the same condition as when we made our offer. We will check all closets, rafters, and behind doors to ensure that no personal items are left behind. We will also try appliances to ensure they are in working order.

Notify Lawyer

We notify our lawyer that the house is in acceptable condition and that they can forward our money to close the transaction.
