Do I get my Money Back?

This is always the first question asked. If you are unable to move forward with the purchase in the conditional stage , you recieve your deposit back.

If you remove all conditions and have a firm sale you will lose your deposit.

How Much is Required?

It is normal to provide a 5% deposit but it is all in negotiations. These funds need to be guarnteed and are held in trust.

When is this needed?

These funds need to be avaiable usally within 24-48 hours of writting an offer to purchase. It is always a good idea to plan to have these fund available when you start looking for a home.
